A trio of thinly sliced smoked wild bird served on a crisp leaf stack accompanied with a tangy port and redcurrent vinargrette
Zuppa di Arogosta (Soup)
Fresh lobster bisque garnished with fresh dill
Carpaccio Toscano
Cold rolled beef thinly sliced and served on a bed of marie rose and drizzled with italian dressing garnished with fresh rocket celery and shaved parmesan
Pate di Anatra all'orange
