Antipasti/Starter


"V" Brushcetta ai Funghi



An assortment of field mushrooms saut'eed in whisky, garlic, chilli
and cream sauce served on toasted bread 

Prosciutto e Asparagi Gratinate


Fresh asparagus wrapped in parma ham served warm with
shaved parmesan and olive oil

Cornetti di Salmone e Gamberi



Cornets of smoked salmon stuffed with prawns dressed with a
light marie rose sauce and garnished with fresh rocket

"V" Zuppa di Broccoli e Dolcelatte


Fresh broccoli soup finished with creamy dolcelatte cheese
topped with oven roasted butter croutons

"V" Verdura alla Griglia



A selection of fresh chargrilled vegetables served warm on a bed of crisp lettuce
with a cheese fondue and chilli marmalade

Petto di Pollo con Porri e Prosecco


A succulent chicken breast cooked with fresh onions and leeks finished
with a champagne and cream sauce

Filletto al Pepe Verde



The finest scotch fillet steak flamb'eed with brandy and green pepper corns
finished with a rich sauce of cream and demi glace

Filletto di Pesce Agro Dolce


Fillet of fresh sea pollock pan fried with winter fruits, chilli, garlic and a dash of
white wine finished with cream served on a bed of fresh spinach and spring onion mash

Cosciotto di Agnello


Lamb Shank slow roasted in its own jus infused with mint
and served with butter crushed new potatoes

Tacchino All'Inglese


Traditional roasted turkey with all the trimmings
roasted potatoes and a port and cranberry gravy

Risotto del Bosco


Arborio rice cooked with wild mushrooms, pancetta and chopped chestnuts
brought together with a cream and tomato sauce finished with a dash of marsala wine

"V"  (for vegetarian option the above Risotto Bosco without pancetta)
